The sealing widths and widths across flats are uniform for all SPRINT-screw joints. Problem solution: In order to ventilate a housing, there were till now various counter measures involving a lot of cost ans time, such as interior heating, borings or external ventilation elements. Whereby the high degree of protection IP 68 often could not be ensured.With VentGLAND these measures have now become superfluous. The cable screwing possesses a micro-porous membrane, impervious to liquids, which lets the housing breathe, and thus compensates the different pressures inside and outside the housing. In this way the formation of condensed water is reduced to a minimum, while the high-tech membrane VentGLAND seals in such a way that dirt and water cannot penetrate inside the housing. VentGLAND fulfils thereby the highest demands in accordance with the IP-protection type 69K.
