This 360W programmable DC power supply from the Voltcraft PPS series serves as a potential free DC-voltage source for the operation of low voltage consumers. The adjustable output can be adjusted on the front to max. 5 A, the full rated current can be achieved using the power supply's rear output. The connection is made at the front side via 4 mm safety banana jacks, at the back side via high-current screw terminal sockets. Voltage and current can be set continuously (i.e. not in steps) via the digital control dials with coarse and fine adjustment, in order to enable a fast and precise setting. The values are displayed on a concise LC display. The current limit for constant current operation without short circuits can be preset.3 freely programmable memory locations, with different fixed voltages and current limits can be used. In addition, the laboratory power supply can be completely remotely controlled via its USB connection. The software for this power supply is provided on CD or is downloadable from the Conrad website.
